Our Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of meat and food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or spoiled product, you may be eligible for a return or replacement. Customers must notify us immediately upon receipt with clear details of the issue.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a return or refund request, customers must provide proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. This allows us to investigate and respond quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where products are proven to be defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements

Where possible, we will replace defective or damaged items instead of issuing a refund. Replacement shipments will be arranged at no additional shipping cost to the customer. The availability of replacement stock will depend on product inventory and seasonality.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products, or items that have been stored improperly after delivery. Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt to confirm quality.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and prepared for shipment. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers must contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. In cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product), shipping costs will be covered by us. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
